After the initial briefing, we’re off. With a maximum of 32 people, we always maintain that intimate atmosphere that makes the experience special.

How Long Do They Last?
We have two types of tours:
- Standard tour (2 hours): The perfect route to explore the countryside, cross ancient olive groves, discover dry stone walls and masserie. You get a real sense of the territory, with time for photo stops and explanations.
- Apericena and evening tour (3 hours): The complete experience. Includes the entire standard route plus a tasting of typical local products. The evening tour gives you the most beautiful sunsets in Puglia, with that golden light that transforms every landscape.
The Best Periods
Spring (April-May): The countryside explodes with colors. Red poppies among the walls, still-green wheat, almond trees in bloom.
Summer (June-September): Golden fields, dry heat, endless sunsets. Our early morning or late afternoon tours are perfect.
Autumn (October-November): Ideal temperatures, grape harvest, more intimate atmosphere. Perhaps the most underrated period.
Winter (December-March): Surprisingly beautiful. Few tourists, different light, chance to see the countryside in its most authentic dimension.

- Closed shoes (sneakers are better)

Is it tiring? No. As tiring as driving a normal car. Maybe less, since there’s no traffic.
